Our Retail Store is Open

We have smoked sausage, fresh sausage, beef jerky and fresh cuts available. In the coming weeks we’ll be adding bacon, ham, and other specialties to our list of products.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 10am-2pm

We’re a whole animal butchery working with local farmers raising top quality meat. We break down whole carcasses and smoke everything in-house.

Drawing from American and Northern European traditions—we make classic charcuterie, old-world sausage, with real wood smoke, and a commitment to doing things the right way, not the easy way.

Our cutting room is visible from the retail shop letting you see the entire process. If you ever wanted to know how the sausage is made…look no further!

We are also a custom meat processor of beef, pork, lamb, and goat.
