Walla Walla's home for Premium Smoked Meats & Custom Processing

We specialize in American and European fresh and smoked sausages, bacon, ham, jerky, snack sticks, smoked turkey, and a lot more! We also offer whole animal custom processing of beef, pork, lamb, and goat.

Winter Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 10am-2pm

We’re a whole animal butchery working with local farmers raising top quality meat. We break down whole carcasses and smoke everything in-house.

Our cutting room is visible from the retail shop letting you see the entire process. If you ever wanted to know how the sausage is made…look no further!
